• Luxe Avenue is an executive and management search firm specializing in luxury and lifestyle.

We bridge the sectors of fashion, jewelry & watches, beauty, gastronomy, hospitality and selective retailing.

Founded by a European executive and rooted in twenty years of luxury industry experience in America, Luxe Avenue combines an understanding of European culture with an in-depth knowledge of the US market.

Our firm blends a street-smart attitude and down-to-earth approach with MBA enhanced skills.

With headquarters in New York City and a satellite office on the West Coast, Luxe Avenue has a unique and wide national reach.

At Luxe Avenue, we believe that the specific DNA of the luxury industry requires professionals that are equally adapted and sensitive to this domain. One of our greatest assets is a great knowledge of the business from an insider's perspective. Contrary to some of our competitors, we have worked extensively in the heart of the industry before becoming observers and experts. Therefore, we rightfully support our promise of " Sourcing Talent in Luxury ".

Guided by the best business practices, Luxe Avenue delivers its clients the highest level of proactiveness, integrity, confidentiality and results.

The primary focus and strength of Luxe Avenue resides in the U.S domestic market.

However, we understand the need of global companies to source talent worldwide. Furthermore we recognize the necessity of keeping in tune with the global nature of the luxury domain. To this end, we extend our services beyond the borders of the US, and have filled management positions in Europe, South-America and Asia.

This has been achieved by maintaining alliances in key international markets, designed to offer Luxe Avenue a critical global presence.

For instance, in response to high demand from our American and Chinese clients, we have refined our ability to secure Chinese - i.e Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese - speaking talents for American retailers, while assisting Chinese clients in obtaining American-trained retail profiles.

This particular exchange between the two giant markets for luxury goods will continue to serve Luxe Avenue in strengthening its international reach.

    • At Luxe Avenue we believe that it is critical to stay connected with the retail "floor" practices and ever-evolving environment.

While high-end retailers thrive to improve the shopping experience, customer satisfaction, and sales, we help them gain an imperative advantage by identifying emerging talents early on. The retail industry is one of the only industries with the ability to drive growth in its employees from bottom up while applying their "front line" skill set throughout their career.

Upon assessing your queries, our consultants will guide you through the hiring process from middle to top retail management.

Luxe Avenue maintains an impressive database of talent and adopts a highly proactive approach to ensuring its continued growth. Through this, we are confident in our ability to meet any and all of your specific needs.

Depending on the situation, we work with our clientele on a Retainer, or Shortainer ™ basis:

      • Retainer search is specifically adapted to satisfy clients with ongoing recruitment demands

      • Shortainer ™ search is an original Luxe Avenue service and solution

    • The conflict between 'Brick-and-Mortar versus Digital' is over. The two concepts are no longer ideal types, but rather complements. The digital realm continues to present retailers with new ways to enhance the shopping tradition, making the ordeal more attractive by offering a more personalized experience available at home.

Retail, Wholesale and Digital are the three pillars of any modern luxury brand.

As Technology pervades almost every scope of life, the demand for digitally savvy talent has surged. With this in mind, Luxe Avenue has conducted extensive research in the digital field enhancing its understanding. Among other various publications, a collection of these critical findings can be seen in the 10 Pillars to Succeed in Digital.

As a result, Luxe Avenue has been put in a credible and advantageous position to discover talents and better serve the growing demand of its clients with digital positions in luxury and lifestyle.
