Laurent Guerrier is an entrepreneur and executive with a global expertise in luxury brands.

He is recognized in the industry for his creativity, interpersonal skills and expertise in luxury, fashion, accessory retail and wholesale channels.

Laurent started his career in 1991 at Hermès and worked his way up to General Manager, Americas, for one of their sister companies. In 2002, he received an MBA in Europe and moved back to NYC.

His conviction in the strength of human capital and talent empowerment led him build Luxe Avenue in 2007.

In 2016, with the help of Chloe Suming, he co-founded Rue du Luxe, a sister company focused on Retail profiles. In 2017, he founded La Piscine, a search firm specializing in procuring top digital talent in luxury, fashion and beauty.

Madeline Walsh is a recent college graduate, whose interests in fashion, arts and culture inspired her to move to New York in 2017.

Following a comprehensive summer of training at Luxe Avenue, Madeline joined the company as a Talent Acquisition Manager after graduating with a BA in Art History from the College of New Jersey.

Over the course of her tenure at Luxe Avenue, Madeline has become invested in digital searches and now plays a pivotal role in Luxe Avenue's digital branch, La Piscine.

Abisha I Anilkumar has a BA in International Business and Human Resources from the University of Edinburgh Napier.

Having been educated in England, Scotland and Austria has enabled her to develop a deep insight and knowledge of HR within the European culture.

Her passion for the fashion industry, luxury goods, and her aspiration to gain international experience in recruitment propelled her to move to New York in 2014.

Prior to joining the company as project manager in 2014, she gained 4 years of experience at a recruitment firm in London, where she furthered her ability to attract, develop and retain the best people for particular jobs. Since 2015, Abisha has taken on the role of Country Director – U.K. for Luxe Avenue while becoming Executive Director in 2021.
